Get started

Follow these steps to install the Vremya.io extension, complete the onboarding, and start taking advantage of premium telemetry.

  1. Step 1

    Install the Vremya.io extension

    Go to Chrome Web Store, install the extension, and pin it to the browser toolbar for quick access.

  2. Step 2

    First launch

    Click the extension icon in the toolbar. You will see the popup with quick links: Events (list of calendar events), Calendar (view and statistics), Mapping (rules linking events to Jira). Use Scan Calendar to fetch events and Sync to send them to Jira.

  3. Step 3

    Complete the onboarding

    • Choose your language and click Start.
    • Configure sync channels: add a calendar source (Google, OWA, EWS, Yandex) and connect Jira (or another destination). Use the graph to link source → target.
    • Connect each provider: click Connect and sign in (OAuth or enter credentials). Use Check connections to verify that the extension can reach your calendar and Jira.
    • Optionally set appearance: theme (auto / light / dark), popup and page backgrounds. You can change these later in Settings.

  4. Step 4

    Upgrade when needed

    If a premium prompt appears, we'll direct you to Vremya.io, where you can pick a plan and finish your payment.
